• Not all followers are guaranteed to have profile pics, bios, or posts — though we strive for high-quality profiles
• No NSFW or inappropriate content uploads allowed on our platform
• Private accounts are not eligible for refunds — make sure your profile is set to public before ordering!

💳 Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are final. Once you add funds, they cannot be reversed or refunded to your payment method.
• By making a payment, you agree not to open disputes or chargebacks under any circumstances.
• If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to ban your account and remove any followers or likes delivered through our services — no exceptions.
• Orders that are already processing cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If an order is non-deliverable due to system issues, credit will be added back to your SmmStellar account — not your card or wallet.
• Orders placed on private or incorrect accounts are not refundable — always double-check before confirming.
